Kame House (lit. "Turtle House") is a house on a very small island in the middle of the sea. It is the home of Master Roshi but since his death piccolo has given it to kiba.
(This is where you can find me most of the time)

Slowly get out of bed and take a long yon, He scraches his head as he makes his way towards the out side door stepping on the edge of the island letting the water touch his feet,"Another bright day on Earth...Im hungry" Kiba picks out a spear he usual uses to go fishing and leaps into the water from off the island .

About 50 miles off the coast of the Kame House island, Rashir found the source of the power level he was looking for. He sped up and about 30 seconds later came upon the island. He stopped a couple hundred feet above the island and looked down at the person. He gently floated down and landed quietly, silently observing the person

As he jumps in the water and swims down he noticed someone watching him but didn't choose to do something,"THERE!" he thought as he saw a huge fish, he launched the spear at it precising it through the side, he grabs the spear with the fish attached and swims back up onto the island.

Rashir watched as the person fished. He wondered if he saw him or not, but did not think much of it.

Before entering the house he paused,"HEY! you hungry up there its not kind to watch someone." Kiba yelled at the man in the sky.
