Biography:
It is stated that all beautiful people in the universe have lived gilded lives. Jaded and spoiled, for Calista, that never was the case. Her father was a third generation delegate and strategic specialist, in that his father, and his father before him had monopolized the position for many a generation. Wise, intellectual and brilliant that they were, they were also very vain, believing themselves to be amongst Gods for such gracious gifts, such as intellectual conscious thought. It was an all around wealthy family, but had been earned through years of service to the Earthean Alliance and pure unadulterated loyalty. During his later twenties, Calista's father married a young woman, another delegate's child, whom would bring two wealthy and powerful families together.
However happy the couple seemed in present company, home life painted a completely different and darker picture, especially after Calista's father became Prime Minister of England, where the entire family had originated. His passion was not for home life, but more his position as Parliament elected Prime Minister, which kept him away for many weeks at a time, leaving his wife at home to saunter about the house alone. They had been trying the entire year to conceive a child, of any gender at this rate, but to no avail. The mother's patience wearing thin, in that she was extremely fertile, but her husband would not go to the doctor to find out if he was capable of having children. During one of his away meetings, an ex-member of Parliament came by the mansion in Lancaster to visit his old friend, only to find his lonely wife who invited him in for tea. Which ultimately turned into a passionate affair that a month later, got her pregnant. Furious, the father threatened to divorce his cheating wife, but at the demand of the church to remain married, and upon the birth of Calista, he changed his mind.
She was the most beautiful child he had ever laid eyes upon, and in the instant he looked down at the newborn in his hands, he knew he could not turn away from such innocence, and hid the documentation away and made Calista his daughter, burying the affair into dust that quickly blew away by the winds of History. She grew up believing the Prime Minister her father, growing ever more closer to him than her own biological mother. The pair were inseparable, and she went away with him on trips, the mother staying home to continue her love affairs after the married pair began sleeping in separate beds. Calista learned everything that needed to be known about politics at a young age, often helping her father memorize his speeches by holding out cards until ungodly hours of night. He was her pride and joy.
When Calista came of age, she had grown into the most lovely creature their family could have hoped for. At the age of twenty, her father got her a job as a member of Parliament after many strings had been pulled, which got her recognition and limelight. It is during this time as a Parliamentary servant that Calista met her future husband, having little to no idea what they would be destined to unite their families under one name. (The actual marriage to Menelaus will be written when his character has been created.... check back later for that part of the story, I apologize for the inconvenience this may be)
Ambitions:
Strives only to full fill her own personal vendettas like all humans on Earth and in sky. Calista only wishes to prove to herself that she can be better than her previous teachers had thought of her. War means nothing to her for she is not a fighter, nor could she even if she tried. Everything else, she is making up as she goes.
