“The wolf that has not seen the mountain will not admit to its existence,” Dimah replied almost cheerfully. “Like the bright lights in the north that color the sky. They cannot be touched, only seen for brief periods of time. If you haven’t seen, you wouldn’t believe in those either, but they are there whether you’ve witnessed them yourself or not. You might simply be inexperienced.”

"Not so- just because a wolf hasn't seen the mountains doesn't mean that they know they don't exist. The general population knows about mountains, just as I said. Because they exist, a majority of creatures know about them, and so the likelihood that they're real is quite high. Same thing with the lights," she said with a shrug.
"However, the amount of creatures that believe in spirits outside of bodies is very small, and the likelihood that they exist, therefore, is slim," she said simply.
She looked to the sky to see she'd spent more time than intended with this wolf. "Ah, I should get hunting," she said. "Have good travels, Dimah," Ildu said simply with a nod, glad to have had someone.... who was actually intelligent to argue such points with.

Dimah tilted her head, eyebrow arched and mouth split in a doggy smile. She had to disagree about how many believed in spirits, but she only expected the conversation to loop endlessly around itself if it continued. “Good luck. May… your hunt go well.” She smiled humorously in place of a blessing and shook her fur out. “I’ll be off as well. It’s been interesting” With a dip of her head, she circled away and started off at a loping trot.
