The name of the thread is not correct to some extent. Its not about apocalypse, its just end of the calendar. The exact date is also negotiable.
Still, free you mind and tell us what you think?

hahaha well I don't actually think that will happen ever.....XD well at least to you, maybe your descendants XD and that would be a big maybe.....unless genes splicing becomes uber popular, which it might anyway......off topic sorta XD
I don't think nothing will happen or if it does I will be happy XD we need some kind of shake up here......

@ max flare sure, that is what its all about, but what kind of impact?
@ Dooei interpretation of mayan beliefs are not so easy. actually, they did not say it would be something bad, they though the new era would become...

Dark Crossover haha, i see e every one has different point of view on the topic! @ dragon_knight_of_fire why not now? cause its impossible? @ max flare sure, that is what its all about, but what kind of impact? @ Dooei interpretation of mayan beliefs are not so easy. actually, they did not say it would be something bad, they though the new era would become... they also said that in the 21st December 2012 is the end of the world wink I'm not sure what to believe

@Dooei - there are different points of view, not necesserily that the end will come to our planet. And Nibiru is supposed to be the planet of gods - like a huge space battle craft XD

the maya and other stuff is just kinda lame XD
they believed it would end several years after their civilization ended and then when our scientists got their hands on it they "realized" the mistake they made and re wrote it to 2012 XD
sooooo sorry if I just don't really believe in that
dark it would take generations to mutate naturally to become something else and I don't think we have the technology now to do all of those gene things to make a new something else, we just don't know enough about it

How good can they be about when the world is going to end !? Aztecs did the sacrificing to appease their sun god and became violent to use war prisoners for more sacrifices - ultimately leading to their downfall as other tribes did not like them and joined forces with the Spanish conquistadors, which the Aztecs thought were gods from a prophecy. I believe this discussion was about Mayans and their calendar, all I have to add is that their ways can and may be misinterpreted, all we can really do is wait & see. The earth has been going through some changes, it always has been, and so has the sun. Apparently it is more active than usual.
