	yea i've been watchin all of those lol!and it looks really super painful 2 go in labor so kinda scared cuz my due dates in 2 more months!!

	breath trew it .. what help me was to think of ur labor pains as an roller coast ride u got to go up to get down.. so ur labor builds up the it platos and then it goses down .. rember ur not the frist to do this...
