Northern Ireland (along with his sibling Southern Ireland.)
& Portugal (Spain's sibling~)
The Trio of BeNeLux
Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg
+Luxembourg is its own country with cultural influences from Romantic Europe (France) & Germanic Europe.
(Is so adamant because I am partially a descendant of Luxembourgers)
