I would go with a simple combination: Zero, and Tekkaman Blade. smile Anyway, Capcom has the best ones. Simple...

uhhhhm.... depends... are you talking about to play as or just in general? Capcom maybe a little more better to a lot of people in my opinion mainly due to character familiarity.... and to me mainly because of chun li and morrigan. C: However, Tatsunoko has introduced a variety of great animes to me including Yatterman and gatchaman, So its a little hard to choose.
