Hm.. its hard for me to say what episode is my fav.. But here is a list of the best ones IMO:
Bolivian 4x4 challenge
Botswana challenge
Vietnam moped challenge
Limousine challenge
Build an electric car challenge
The episode where they drive in sports cars in france, and the one where they drive in romania
both of the amphibious car challenges
and the episode where they test the Bugatti Veyron
