I don't think that you have to be a cutter to be emo, but I do know that there are emos who cut. I have to admit that I am one of them. I've been cutting since I was a "goth" and when I jumped to emo I was cutting too. I know, it's sad and bad but I can't help it. If something or someone disappoints me, I just do it. If I have a fight about something that ends hurting me, I go and do it. I know, it's not nice but like I said, I can't help it.

I havent cut myself(on purpose) but mabe i did that i cant remember cause i have a few scars that i have no idea about. looks like from a knife. not deep though

talking about she would show them off. she had tons of cutting scars.

you don't have to cut your self to be an emo it's the way you act,
and it's stupid to cut yourself cuz if you cut yourself the wrong way to could bleed to death, my opinion (your a moron if you cut your self)

Fudge that shyt i know for a fact you dont have to be cut yourself to be emo. Theres only three types of emos that cut.
1. they cut themselfs because they think thats what emo is.
2. they cut themselfs to the pain. {which what i do}
3. they do it for the first two reasons combined.
people that cut themselfs for the pain become addicted to it if done enough. maybe it is stupid but an addiction is an addiction. no matter how much you can yell at a drunk he's not gonna put down the bottle of beer and give up acohol. he'd sooner smash the bottle on your head XD

thats just sterotype i only cut myself once and a bunch of times just from accidents but i hate it when people say u have to cut yourself to be emo it pisses me off

You don't have to cut yourself to be emo. Emo is a style to most people and some is a way of life. Emo isn't all about cutting yourself and wearing black and being on Satan's side.
