In the internal hub of High Charity lies an extremely large capital city. In its center sits the Forerunner Dreadnought, embedded within the city after the formation of the Covenant as a symbol of conviction and peace between the Sangheili and the San 'Shyuum. The Dreadnought's engines are the primary power source for much of the city. The city itself contains many locations sacred to the Covenant, such as the Council Chamber, the Sanctum of the Hierarchs, and the Mausoleum of the Arbiter. High Charity contains many courtyards and other spaces which are an attempt to seem natural. The interior of High Charity is, of course, laced with the Covenant's unique architecture, of a lighter tone than their naval vessels.

Syrus sat in the command throne of his ship as he went over the reports of their resupply here at High Charity. "Everything seems to be going well." He said to himself and to his second in command who nodded. "Yes so far all repairs and the fitting of the new cannons are going well Shipmaster." The major domo said as he took the small display device back and walked away. Syrus smiled alittle he was doing well as a Shipmaster so far and his first couple of battles in his new ship went very well also. They had just returned from putting down a Jackal rebel ship which was why they were getting repairs.

Syrus was pulled from his thoughst as his second reappeared with another set of reports and groaned. "Who knew running my own ship would be so annoying." He growled out and some of his bridge crew huckled which made him sigh and chuckle as well. "What is it now?" He asked and his second smiled. "Nothing terrible exalence just the repair reports also one from the concil about new soliders being transfered to the Blade of Knight." The Major domo said as he handed Syrus his reports. Syrus l;ooked over them and smiled the repairs were done but now it seems he was being given some fresh neophytes as well as some kind of special operations unit. "What fun fresh out of the academy." He grumbled as he handed the reports back. "Are all our troops back on board?" He asked and the Major nodded. "Fine have everyone ready for slipspace jump move away from High Charity then jump to Sangheilios." He said as he looked at the holo display on his command throne and smiled. "we'll have to give this new crew their proper welcome." He said which once more made some of the Bridge crew chuckle and laugh.
