Peetas understanding, Gales to caught up with rebbellion. Peeta was the one who risks it all twice to protect both of them! He excepts gale even though peeta is obviously superior. How is Peeta superior, he soothed the morphling on her death bed, he gave comfort to katniss when she was plagued by her visions, he painted a portrait of rue, to honor her death even though he never allied her and, Saved her from the carreers, becoming injured when Cato found out. What did gale do? Fill her mind with ideas of rebellion and constantly tell her that they could just run away together. Plus when gale got whipped, Peeta shielded katniss, THEN HELPED GALE!!! gale would have focussed on katniss instead of peeta. Peeta = Superior

 [Memories is speaking]WRONG! Peeta is a lazy a** pansy. He uses words, not action, that may be effective to a point, but not nearly what they need. He's also an idiot. He couldn't tell the difference between Katniss's fake love and real love, and there was like, what, one moment of true romance between the two? Then there was way more of real romance between Gale and Katniss. GALE IS BETTER! Also, I have the lamest use of chatspeak. FTW. Instead of 'for the win' it's 'for the wind' lame. Peetas better on a mental level. What does gale have in his head? a squirrel running on a hamster wheel with an acorn dangling in front of its face. (don't judge me) While peeta is deep. I also believe there was always an underlying romance between the two, as for gale, he seems to really have to try. If she ends up with gale in the end, Peeta better be the hot friend...

oh and what is with the pansy card? (sounds very wrong) Peeta killed a tribute on first night of the games and slaughtered bunches of monkey muttations. Sure you could argue the monkeys to thousands of squirrels and deer, but what about a human life? Is that an equivalent? I think not!
