I searched around the Internet and found this great website where u can learn japanese freely! It has lessons, exercises, u can listen to simple japanese dialogs, etc.

To learn the writing I recommend another website though. As some of u might know, japanese uses 3 kinds of writings. You have hiragana, katakana and kanji. Hiragana and katakana are the most simple, and they are syllabic alphabets. Which means that they have a different character for each syllable. Kanji is still a nightmare for me, it comes from chinese and each character expresses a word or an idea.
