There is an impressive range of mountains and peaks in and around this city witch is virtually a safe haven for many good hard working citizen. The Hero Act largely affected this area easily making the level of crime committed here run of the mill in most cases. The city it self rests in the middle of a cluster of mountains that are well known for there naturally beautiful scenery. The city itself has large and tall buildings here and there but the city is largely urban. Its filled with everyday stores and excitement such as malls, movie theaters and clothing centers. The largest attraction here being a theme park named "Quarter stone". There is a large abundance of law offices and correctional facilities here as well where inmates are sent from neighboring cities.

On the south side of the mountain range there is a peak higher than the others; it is known simply as Atlas. The mountain at one time was marred by an impact crater that took off a large chunk Near the peak. This crater was leveled off over the course of several years giving the mountain the appearance of once being cut in two having its upper half removed. On this rocky plain a maximum security prison as well as an insane asylum where constructed here to keep villains and the most dangerous criminal's away from the population. The roads leading up this mountain are guarded and patrolled regularly. It is still unclear how the more skilled and deranged criminals mange to escape there confinement. Do to the nature of these two installation's being similar and completely different the inmates and regulars as well as the guards have adopted a nickname for these two fortresses. When passing the check point into the road leading up the wayward mountain for visiting hours are to transport a criminal into custody several armed guards will approach and the one with the clipboard will ask"....Heaven or hell?".

Heaven being Williamsan maximum security prison, with minimal visitation time and regular out door line walking privileges as wells as cell bunking do to overcrowding pending execution date if applicable.

Hell being the eternal isolation of Angelus Asylum, complete isolation one room per inmate and very minimal human contact outside of tray sliding meals and drug medication delivery. One hour of closely monitored visitation per month per inmate for lower risk Villeins and inmates lucky enough to maintain ties in the outside world.
