A neko should have some sort of a cat accessory. If you truly cannot afford cat ears, or a tail, or a collar, or something of that sort, then we will provide you with Paper Cat Bands (as in, FREE). Yes we know they are cheep, 20-70gold, but if we start giving out cat ears, then we will go broke =D
