The House of Water is filled with scholar type people that are usually teachers. Unfortunately, they group together near big lakes making it almost impossible to get a water elementalist to be a teacher. If a person want to be healed or their fortunes told they look towards a great lake to find a water elementalist that is willing to help. However it is rare to ever find one away from their homes since most of them hate traveling and getting into the affairs of others.

Personality: agressive at some times and tender at others. Nuturing and cureal, Opposite personalities at times then the personality she had before

History (if your character has one): Arashi is a talented human that can control water with ease. Ever since her birth people have been saying Arashi is special. However she still doesn't understand why her body shuts down so often ((Falls alseep)). As she is searching for her answer she discovered that a man by goes by the name of 'The Cat of Death' might know. So Arashi worked for him for a long period of time. She dislikes his little pampered pet, Kuria Roze since the both loved the same man. However tha man showed more affection to the strange Roze and even gave her flowers. She killed him cause she didn't like the shade and thus Arashi didn't like this kitty. She knew that Roze was particular about been touched. Even the slightest brushing of flesh and she goes berserk. So arashi says away from her. She still is questing why she always fall asleep randomly.((the pheonix uses much of her body's energy trying to gain control. So when she swaps personality it may be because it is gaining control. But she usually falls asleep when that happens))

Water rush: a huge wave slams into the opponent, but is hurts more then regular waves of water

Water Whip: Slams a whip like shape of water into an opponent that is sharp
