I prefer subs because the voices are more natural and choosen just for the characters. There are some shows like Full Metal Alchemist (brotherhood) that have an excellent cast for the dubbed version but some are epic fails such as Chrono Crusade where the main character annoys the exclaim out of you. Suddenly you lose the essensense of the character that you loved.

That's a hard one. It really depends on the actors voices sometimes they just arnt so great at matching with a character but mostly I watch what ever I can get my hands on wink

(>^O^)> Dubbed all the way. For me subbed gets me confused, watching the anime and reading the subs. cat_crying
I prefer dubbed. Mostly because as an artist I want to see allll the details in everything (characters, backgrounds, etc.), and reading whats at the bottom of the screen tends to distract me from that and I end up rewinding a million times to catch what I might have missed. sad

the age old question. wars haavee been waged over this questionpirateroflroflrofl
imo subbed is better for a more cultural feeling. you reallly fel like your in japan wathing tv until you go outside and realise your not in wonderful japan land.
however dubbed allows you to fully appreciate all the art and small details as you can fuully focus on everything going on on screen.
to conclude i think subbed is better giives you an excuse to re watch ggreat shows, feels like your in japan and it also improves your reading skills which is never a bad thiing.
I choose subtitled over dubbed..when dubbed they hack the story line and some of the voices they choose for characters make me cringe like nails over a chalkboard. I think subtitled makes the viewing so much better, the flow of the series or movie is smoother
