Then go to the county to ask to over turn the school's decision.
In texas school districts are independent of alot of county stuff and pretty much govern themselves

i guess it sucks to be a kid when all the adults in charge are stuffy old people who value obedience rather than independence. Adulthood is just around the corner.....you can make it.

Just be glad it's not private school. At mine they punished a whole bunch of kids for starting a petition against policy changes.
