MMKAY. HERE IS A PLACE TO TALK ABOUT ALL YOUR FAVORITE PARTS OF FUSHIGI YUUGI. EVEN THOUGH IM SURE THERE'S TOO MANY TO COUNT.
My favorite part is when Chichiri has a flashback of getting his eye smashed with a rock! (not that anyone really cares XD)

Heehee... I don't have all of the manga or the novels in hand, but the manga volume that will always remain on my mind with moments there that don't exist in the anime iiiiiis... Volume 8! ^o^/
Hmm... which bits in Volume 8, do you ask? I love the one where Miaka and Tamahome are forced to share a room and practically ignore each other at first, until Miaka asks Tamahome if he's fed up with her and makes it sound as though she's jealous. Our sexy loverboy then goes over to her bed, hugging and comforting her until he kisses her and he... falls asleep. ^_^;;
Sorry, but it's just so romantic without going over-the-top. By MiTama standards, anyway. heart

I haven't read the manga, *legasp* but sooome of my favorites parts are... Chichiri's introduction. That whole episode. Where Miaka bites him, when he denies his being a fox and to the point he makes fun of Nuriko being gay when he calls him weird. XD
OH, OH. YEAH. That Mitsukake speech after Nuriko dies. Gets me everytime.. @.@;

xD I'm so selfish and protective of my DVDs that I've only ever lent my teacher borrow them. ^_^ Actually, I gotta get a flash disk and download all of the episodes before my DVDs completely give way... how many gigabytes do you guys think 52 episodes will take? *isn't too open with the OVAs, thank you very much*

Weeeell.. I data-saved all of it to 4 DVDs. 8D; 16ish GB?
Though if you'll burn it to a fully functional DVD, you'll have to use a helluva lot more, 'cause I used like, 6 DVDs to burn Mushishi, and that was 26 episodes' cause of the quality. >>;
