To those of you who's schools arent doing it for one reason or another:
Last year was my last year in the middle school, so I called up friends who I knew were supportive of gay rights, we made signs, and then came into school silent or as allies (this was the same day the highschool did it). It was amazing to see how quickly it took off. More and more people started participating.
So dont let people get you down. Doing it on the ball can be really encouraging.
And yes, my school is doing it this year.
