Anyone ever scrapped sad events? Like the loss of a loved one. I have some stuff from my grandfather's funeral I wanted to scrap just because. Anyone else ever do that?

we made mass booklets with his picture on it and i have a really nice picture of him. I also found a kit at Michaels for Memory pages. I don't know who makes it. I threw the packaging away. But it has paper and stickers and it's really cute.

i dont think i could do that for my grandparents. they didnt organize pictures and documents that well. everything just ended up in boxes which drives me crazy because i've read that's the worst place for pictures to be. they deteriorate faster.

My husband's grandmother had kept the contents of her father's wallet for a lot of years. When her daughter dragged her into the art of scrapbooking, she put them all into a page of her family book. It's kind of interesting with his license, notes, cards, wallet pictures, etc in there. Intimate in a way.
