I will post the actual video's in all the area's. but i was wondering if anyone needs visual aids to do certain tricks.
I found a good spot for my camera, and i have the software and the quality looks way better.
So if anyone needs any help, or would like for me to show you then ask. ^-^

oo this is a good idea. Can you do turkish bends? I have seen them done before but i just cant get my legs in the right positions.
(do you think we should create a group youtube. that way we can post tutorials for our guild?)
