Entry nine: February 10 2006
Today as I walked into the bookstore I was shocked to see the store in ruins. Pages that had been torn from the open books that laid on the floor were scattered across everything in sight, the floors were completely covered in paper, dirt, pebbles, and debris from the walls. There wasn’t a place to step that wasn’t covered in something. I managed to make my way to the counter which as I expected I found Lily crouched hidden behind. I could hear her sobbing obviously terrified over whatever had happened. I looked around to make sure no one was there other then us and all I saw were flickering lights due to broken electricity cords and bulbs not getting a steady flow of power. I bent down and patted her back giving a small cough from the cloud of dust that puffed off of her with every touch, it was like she had been sitting there with her face in her hands for an eternity, or even worse as if she had been sitting there for the whole ordeal; quickly my pat turned into a soothing rub and I managed to bring her up to my apartment which remained fully intact save for a busted light or two.
I don’t think ill get any Information out of Lily about what happened she seems reluctant to say anything. I’m under the impression that whatever went on, she doesn’t even believe it herself. I’m sure ill figure it out soon enough.

Entry Five: February 15 2006
The other day something happened and I’m not sure what it was, although I was with Brooklyn during the tragedy I cant help but think I was the cause of it. I don’t know if you realize this but on the outside of my box there is a symbol, and that symbol I believe is what represents me. A lightning bolt, that’s what Brooklyn calls, it a bolt of electricity. If you look at the remains of the shop, it looks like there was a thunderstorm, I don’t know if she mentioned it but amongst the debris its like there where burnt spots as if something, like electricity, had hit it. What if its all my fault.

Entry Ten: August 26 2006
We’ve been working on remodeling the bookstore since the incident. My mother took it as a great opportunity, or so she says, to fix the old place up. Lily is acting back to normal but she still wont let me know what it is that caused this whole ordeal. I just hope she’s really okay. During that time I have focused more of my time on the bookstore and her then T.O.Y.S. I’ve even considered quitting, but I guess since I’m just helping out its not like I really work there anyway. Azyre doesn’t seem to mind too much, but I know he can use the help so I feel terrible regardless.
Tasuda on the other hand seem wonderful, he has been faithfully by my side through out it all, and although my emotions do affect him, he always trys to toughen up and make me happy. He is just so strong.

Entry Six; September 1st 2006
I don’t know if she was able to enjoy her 16th birthday but I made sure to invite some people for her to potentially love. I think that’s what she needs at a time like this, she has been so occupied with the bookstore and with Lily and school and all of that, I think she needs someone other then me to love her. I think she is handling her troubles well on the outside but I can feel how much sorrow she holds within. A while back she found out that the reason she had been getting ill so often was due to some sort of growth on her insides. Apparently they tent to contract and cause her excruciating amounts of pain, but even some days when its bad she toughens up, takes some sort of medication and goes on with her life.
They say there is a surgery to remove it, but that there is no guarantee that it will stop the pain, I hope she considers it. I know she has never had a surgery but if it makes her better then that’s what counts. I’m not sure what to do..
Happy Birthday Brooklyn, I hope you like my Gift.

Entry Eleven: January 6 2007
I just came back from visiting my baby brother, he is only 4 months old and 16 years so young. My whole life I have been waiting for a sibling and now that he has come I’m Just sad that he lives so far away. I was overjoyed at his presence and couldn’t put him down. It seems like we’ve gained a bond but in not sure how strong it will be since we are apart. Tasuda took a liking to him, and my family in general although they themselves didn’t see him. I’m afraid of what might happen if people find out about Tasuda, what if they try to harm him in some sort of way. Maybe I’m just being silly, but I don’t want to risk it.

Entry Seven: January 8 2007
I played with Brooklyn’s younger brother when we went to visit. I can tell how much she cares for him, its really a beautiful thing if you ask me. I’m looking forward to seeing him again but she says that it may not happen until at least a year from now. There’s been a lot of moving around since we’ve gotten back and Brooklyn misplaced her journal. I don’t think it bothers her too much since she has significantly cut down on her writing. I don’t blame her, life has been to hectic for her and she hasn’t been able to indulge in almost anything she enjoys doing, her journal isn’t too high on her priority list.

I want to do something special for her birthday but I’m not sure what that special thing should be. She’s met a guy who is into some sort of raping carrier, I don’t like him too much, he seems to only want to spend time with her when its convenient for him but I asked him to help me out so together we’ve gotten her a digital camera. I’m sure she is going to love it.
As for him, I’m keeping a close watch on him.

Her birthday was pretty fun this year, she got a few of her friends from school together and they watched movies and did all sorts of fun activities. She loved her gift and I’m glad to have been around for all of this, on all of my birthday’s she makes big deals out of them, once she made me a cake and we watched movies all day and she let me climb on her and she knitted me a blanket and a little pillow and we just have the best of times. So I always want her birthdays to be the best. You know I’ve noticed that she has been working on my little house from time to time. I think she is trying to be sneaky about it, but I’ve notice.

We saw her baby brother again and she took a whole bunch of pictures this time. I could see how happy she was about everything, it looked like she glowed. I must admit he is pretty cute and it’s a shock to know that there is another one on the way but part of me gets a little jealous, they have a bond that I and she will never have. Also right now she is on a date with a guy that she really likes, I think he is going to ask her out. I actually like him myself but the first time I saw him I thought he was a girl cause his hair is really long but then he turned around and it was obvious that I was mistaken. I hope he is the love that she was looking for.

Entry Twelve; April 18 2008
I’m aware that quite some time has past, and I can easily blame it on the fact that my journal has been missing for a good deal of time now. I’ve noticed that Tasuda, unlike many of the others, hasn’t grown at all since he came out of his box; I’m afraid that this whole dilemma might have something to with the way I’m raising him. Maybe I don’t show him how much I love him, I’m really not sure what I should do, we’ve been inseparable since he “hatched” and I think that would help him grow. I want to do everything in my power to make him happy. He has taken care of me when I have been sick, he has been there when I have been sad, now that I have him I don’t know what I would do without him.
A friend of mine has invited Tasuda, my boyfriend and I to go on a little expedition with him to the tropics. I see this as a great opportunity for me to bond more with Tasuda, if that’s even possible. Personally I feel that he is sometimes in my head, but if you can get closer then that, I suppose I will try. I hope that I am just worrying for no reason; its possible that Tasuda is just a late bloomer, is it not?
The Ship leaves today so I have spent the last three days packing. I can feel the butterflies in my tummy even as I sit down here and write. I found the cream and gold shirt I had gotten for Tasuda before he came out and I’m planning on giving it to him, I know its too big for him now but I’m Sure he’ll Like it. I got him a pair of pants to match, I think that’s all he really needs to wear, I’m going to give that to him before we leave on the trip so he can look cute for our departure. Simple cream pants with gold embroidery stitched into the cuffs and along the two pockets openings. I bet you they will fit him perfectly when he grows and you wont even be able to tell that the elastic is there. For now I’m Sure it will be obvious.
Lily says she will take over the shop while I am away and I’m just hopping nothing crazy happens again to make her never want to work for us. But I should only be away for a month or so, give or take a few days and I’m pretty sure she’ll be able to manage.
Anyway, I should hurry up and finish packing Tasuda will wake up any minute; and I need to make sure I have something for him to eat.

Entry Thirteen; April 20th 2008,
After a terrible storm I find myself lost, the ship is gone and all I have is a trunk full of clothes a few possessions and this journal. Tasuda fortunately was there when I woke up washed on the shore covered in seaweed and sand. He had been sleeping in the trunk I made sure to get and had used as support up until now, I suppose he climbed out using the latch I made on the inside just for that purpose. I was glad that the first thing I saw was his little face. I was almost afraid that the belt I tied to the trunk came undone and I had lost him. But fortunatly that wasnt the case.
But where was my love, I thought.
After sitting around for quite sometime, I decided it would be a good Idea for me and him to explore this Island which appears to be abandoned. We walked for what seemed like an eternity through dirt and branches, leaves and moss, exotic flowers, vines, you name it. There was all kind of life around us and with Tasuda on my shoulder and a fairly large trunk trailing behind me I tried my best to not disrupt anyones living environment. But dragging that trunk probably didnt help.
After climbing a few hills of large rocks and mud we came to a stone wall that seemed to go up 15 feet. I wasnt sure If I should but I choose to follow it in hopes its creators would welcome us. It wasnt too long till we reached the city gates, two wooden doors that I had to step back so that we could see exactly how large they were. I suppose thats when they spotted us cause the next thing I know Im yelling up to some guards answering questions like 'who are you' and 'where did you come from'. I guess I answered correctly cause quickly the large doors opened and we were greeted with open arms.
We havent been here for more then a day and we've already learned so much about this place, this hidden island call Aldrithia home of the Elidorian species and survivors of ship wrecks and plain crashes. We staid in the home of a family who had found themselves on Aldrithia years before I had and they told me that there was a way to leave but its a long journey and most who take it find that Aldrithia is the place for them.
More interesting then that, they told me this story about the Elidorian race, this "myth" that after the long life of each Elidorian it is believed that when they die their souls become orbs and have over the century's been scattered amongst Aldrithia. I suppose it was from seeing my interest that Gertrude, the mother, decided to give me her book which tells the story in great detail, giving you all thing information needed to bring the Elidorians together again. Thats when I decided I would go check it out. It would be amazing if it were really true.
Later that night I took a walk with Tasuda to get a glimps of our new home and talk about the potential this "myth" held. I asked one of the guards what lived outside the gate. And he told me that the woods just around Elidor, the city we were in, were the safest in Aldrithia. As long as you stay by the wall, if you venture further there are dangers that if you are unprepared you could seriously get hurt. So staying by the wall Tasuda and I took a walk around and after walking for probably and hour, thats when i saw it from the corner of my eye.
I got on my hands and knees patting the shrubbery by a large tree till I felt something cold and hard. When I picked it up it looked like a red glass eye barely fitting between both my clasped hands I stuffed it in my little brown bag and walked briskly back. And after letting me in, Jake, the guard, jokingly asked me if I saw that large tiger that lived around the wall. When I told him "yes, and the brawl was terrible Im sure we wont be seeing any more of that tiger" He began to laugh.
He then was nice enough to walk me back to Gertrude's and as I opened the door I was overwhelmed with shock and joy. He made it.

Entry Fourteen; April 21 2008,
I was so happy to see his face that I had broke down in tears. Fortunately he was there to catch me before I fell to the hard wood floor. Gertrude told me he had came around no more then 10 minutes after I had left for my walk. I was so relieved that Venice was okay and in one piece. We slept in the same room facing each other from our distant beds and I told him about the story and what I had found on my walk. We both agreed that it meant something big.
After he fell asleep I lit a candle and read from the book Gertrude had given me, apparently depending on the orb I found I needed different "ingredients" to bring the Elidorian together. If I could find this special liquid, the rest would just come play with a few simple words and some mixture that I was sure would be easy to make. Maybe if this works, ill make it my job to find all these orbs, for all of the Elidorian races; and bring them together for good people.
The next day as Venice explored the city I went out to find a few more obs and some of that liquid. After looking for a while I was sure that what happened last night was pure luck cause the orbs are exceptionally hard to find. It probably took me half the day to find only 4 and from reading the book it took me nearly all day to find the liquid. But when I did, I filled a few Vials up and went on unsuccessfully search for more.
I was glad to say that i came home with All the ingredients to make that weird mixture, 4 orbs [so I had five in total], and 10 vials of that liquid. And being a nervous wreck I locked myself in the small room Gertrude provided us and Tasuda and I got to work. I decided I would use the Red orb I had found the night before because for some reason I felt drawn to it, and I knew this one would be my responsibility.
When Venice came home I was finished, I walked out the room holding a little girl the size of a chubby baby but with the body of a toddler. Since she came to naked I had wrapped her in cloth to make sure she was decent and put her in a small blanket to keep her warm. I looked Venice in the eyes and told him that tomorrow we need to find a place to open shop. I knew what we were ganna do here.

Entry Fifteen; April 23 2008,
Yesterday, Venice and I found a shop to rent with an apartment above it. We grabbed our few things and moved in immediately bidding farewell to Gertrude who promised to come by and visit. She was Kind enough to give me a little gold to add to the little I had so that we could buy the needed supplies for our apartment and shop.
Fortunately most of the shop was furnished, so I didnt have to worry about that too much but there was nothing in our apartment but shelves and dirt. I made sure to buy a large bed, sheets, food, a table, some chairs, and other necessity's. The little money I had left over, I hid just in case someone tried to use it on something silly.
Venice on the other hand found himself a few things and began making himself a skateboard. I was hoping the noise would bother people so I advised him to be careful of where he skated since Elidor was a pretty peaceful place. Hopefully in a few days Ill have the shop up and running.
For now I need to stock up on that Liquid and some more orbs.
Im so glad things are going the way they are.
