Another roleplay about my story, since I can't seem to fvking leave it alone crying Not on Gaia, anyways. This'll be a bit different; heavily story-based and with pre-made roles. Sucks, right? I just need to see where things will go.

Story:
Syreas is a child of destiny. (Original, I know). His eyes can see beyond anyone else's, into hidden recesses of the mind and soul. His birth prophecies a war, but things are so peaceful nonbody believes it. At 19, though, a war breaks out and he leaves his Druidic home to fight. (Note: The Druids are humans who idealize and emulate the Elven races, but particularly the Dragonmen, so the Druidic language is most closely related to Dragontongue)

Races:

Humans:
You all know about humans. There are city dwellers, farmers, and Druids. Druids shapeshift and use ancient magics. The Druids live on Elvish land, but the rest of the humans usually avoid them.

The Elves:
There are several factions and houses. (See Below)

The Vampires:
Not your average Twilight friendly. And not Dracula, either. These people are nasty. In their more-human form, they usually have very little hair, most of it on the back of their head. Their skin is not white or 'pale'; instead, it seems gray and dead like ash. Their ears are slightly pointed, and their fangs are un-pronounced. Their eyes are covered by dead skin; the eyes themselves are generally useless and sometimes roll about in their sockets. They can go into a full vampire form, however, where their ears lengthen to bat-like proportions and their fangs grow hideously long. They also have an ability to scream like a banshee, hurting any who hears it. Their screams also strike fear into those weak of will.

The Dark Races:
From the Moorlands. Orcs, wraiths, spider-like Nell (my own creation), etc.

Lands:

Land of Dragons: A northern continent split into the Wolf, Hawk, and Snake. They usually keep to themselves. This land belongs solely to elves, who have the ability to transform into half-dragons.

Irea: A large northern continent split into the Raven and the Falcon. Kamiss ruled over the Raven before leaving it to his brother, and Arianna's father rules over the Falcon. Druids and northern elves reside in this region.

Eyerrta: The largest land, besides Seroa. Split into the House of the Bear, Boar, Lion, and Celtic Lands. This is the area of the majority of the human population, but also houses the Southern Elves.

Seroa: The aggressors in the current war. They share a continent with the gigantic Eyerrta, so the war is mainly between the two titans. Their name means 'Land of Steel'.

Roles:

Arius/Syreas: Immortal in Druidic, Twilight in Dragontongue. His eyes can see beyond mortal boundaries. Uses wind magic (Eventually telekinesis, but I'll explain later) Because of his father's travelings while he was young, Syreas feels drawn to no one shape or totem, and can transform at will. He mainly keeps to the wolf, raven and dragon, though it is extremely difficult for him to change into the dragon--he stayed in his birthland for such a short time, the effort to use it's lingering magic nearly kills him. Taken by me.

Silas: Meaning both 'Man of the Forest' and 'Wildfire'. A childhood friend of Syreas. Uses fire magic and a longsword. Later, he is corrupted by power and leaves the allies for the enemy. For unknown reasons, he feels drawn to no totems.

Arik: Meaning 'Storm' or 'Tempest' in both Dragonspeak and Druidic. A childhood friend of Syreas. Uses lightning and several weapons--a katana, a claw, and a sword attached to a gauntlet. He is the fastest moving fighter and stays loyal. A druid, his totems are the wolf and cougar.

Arianna: Meaning 'Moonlight' in Elven. An elvish woman from the House of the Falcon. She uses water magic, a lance and a short sword. She later becomes very close to Syreas. (More on that later). Her totem is the Falcon.

Kamiss Blackblood: Kamiss means 'Hunter' or 'Purity' in Dragontongue. Blackblood refers to the crusade he waged on the evil beings of the Moorlands--his sterling white armor was died black with demon blood before the end of the war. Kamiss is Syreas' father. Originally from the Wolf clan in the Dragonlands, Kamiss traveled to the Raven and ruled over it, before moving into the Celtic lands. The strange travelings and the magic of the land affect Syreas, who has no one totem. Kamiss' totem is the Raven, because that is where he met Syreas' mother.

Krae: Meaning 'Balance' in Southern Elvish. He is the only member of the group not from Irea. He becomes one of Syreas' truest friends, keeping him calm when otherwise Syreas would be sent into a frenzy. He has power over the earth, and often uses it to complement his axe-and-shield fighting style.

Noryn: Her name meaning 'Ballad', Noryn is a childhood friend of Syreas and Arik’s. She doesn’t fight much; instead she uses her magic to help others. As a creator of nature, she controls power like the others could never manage. She spends most of her time healing areas from the scars of battle, or providing for the hungry. She can also talk to animals. Noren is generally peaceful, but when she fights, she is extremely dangerous. She is skilled with sword and bow, as well as the ability to use nature itself as a weapon. Towards the end of the second book, she begins teaching Krae to harness nature's power. (For Chobah <3)

Sonja: Sonja was the offspring of a wandering vampire and a female victim. Sonja grew up alone; although she is able to pass for human until she wishes, the adults in the village noticed she had no father and kept their children away from her. Sonja is good at controlling her bloodlust, but she still enjoys blood. She is tortured throughout the novel from her near-death encounter with Arik—he tried to help her and she tried to bite him. The desire to feed versus the identification with humans also causes her pain, but she emerges through it stronger than before. She can be fun and silly, but above all, she's dangerous--when her friends are threatened, she is more than willing to use her fangs. Sonja begins to accept her vampire side more and more throughout the books, although she continues to avoid humans as prey. She uses a double-bladed scythe in combat.
