Jaydon couldn't help but glance at his arm as though it belonged to someone else entirely. Still, there was something in being polite, especially to elders and those wiser than himself, that seemed driven into him.
When Amika motioned for him to follow, he hesitated, not sure if he should follow. Maybe they should ask at a different time - if Locke was out of his study, then it was probably because he had important business. The last thing Jaydon wanted to do was interrupt anyhing important.
"Uhm," he bagn quietly, but the other tabula had already blurted out their question in a burst of energy, something that he'd noticed was common for her. It was something he could amire from a distance, to have such energy.
It made him, unfortable, and he glanced towards the safety of seclusion that came from within the building, feeling as though they were becoming an unnecessary burden. Mr. Locke may know a lot, but this felt like what people called "opinions" or "bias", and he wanted a true, pure answer. As it was, however, he simply stayed a bit behind Amika, wishing he could discover the answer for himself and staying silent.
