Zeph’s a Wind Reader. This means "she can predict a little bit of natural things such as weather and maybe what is happening in the place a certain wind is coming from. Example: a wind comes from the south, Zeph gets a feeling of danger and warns everyone to move north for a little while until it clears or something like that. Doesn't really predict anyone's personal lives. "
Born and raised in the North Forest, where the winds are gentler and muted, she has always wanted to travel further – wherever the wind blows her to, in fact. She wants to go to the peaks of the cliffs, where she thinks the wind is strongest, as well as to the sea, where the wind comes from distant lands. A dreamy prophetess, she has an unfortunate taste for strange hallucination-inducing mushrooms found only in her home forest, and sometimes mistakes these visions for actual prophesies, which she is incapable of making... she can only accurately tell the weather for the next day as well as (see above).
Past life which she does not recollect anyway: Wanted to become a pilot, but instead went into nursing (caring nature) until she was 21. Car accident, was not paying attention. Slipped into coma. Spirit spent some time in limbo until plugs were pulled because body was deemed brain-dead, at which point collided not-quite-accidentally with deer spirit and avoided proper death.
