"I'll be fine Lea. But thank you." He said setting his back pack down and sitting infront of it.
"There may be nothing here at the moment, but that doesn't mean it will stay that way. I will nap when i can and try and keep an eye on you both." He said pulling his canteen from the side of his back pack. Removing the cap, he took a sip and returned it.

Elliotte followed on behind Higeshi and Lea keeping an ear out for any sounds, but herd nothing.
"Lea's right Higeshi. you need as much rest as we do." She said as she caught them up. "Your the strongest one out of us, if you don't rest you will loose your strength. We can't really afford to take that risk, you know."

Lea nodded "We're safe down here." She said "I'm sure of it." She sat down as well and started to get a few things out.

"OK. You two win. I will sleep as much as i can." He said reluctantly.
Opening a different pocket in the bag he took out a few ration packs and closed the pocket again. "They don't look like much but it's better than nothing. And i don't feel safe lighting a fire in here." He said holding them out to the girls.

Lea caught hers and tore open the package "Thanks." she said, then looked around "I don't see anything we could burn down here anyways." she said.

"Thanks." Elliotte said taking the packet from him. She then took her bag off and placed on the floor next to her, were she then sat down. She then opened her bag and grabbed a bottle of water. "You guys what some?" she said opening it and taking a swig.

Breathing a sigh of relief as he relaxed. It was the first time he had felt slightly safe in a while. Looking around once more he heard and saw nothing. Leaning back against his bag he drew his attention back to the girls.
"No thanks." He replied to Elliotte's questions, "I've got some."

Lea shook her head "I'm good, but thanks." she said and pulled her sleeping bag out and got it set up "So, we'll all get plenty of rest, and start off tomorrow morning all fine right?"

"OK." Elliotte said drinking some more. She then moved her bag round into a comfortable position and laid back with her head resting on it. "Yeh I think that's the plan Lea." She said as she stared up at the ceiling.

Listening he heard nothing. The blissful sound of silence sent a wave of calm washing over Higeshi. Taking a deep breath and slowly letting it out, he closed his eyes and began to drift off.
Dropping into a dreamy state he had the usual nightmare. The same one he always had. It was like a twisted memory that was made worse as time drew on. A memory of a colony he had once lived in. All the people that were around him. Friends and family. Then an attack from the beasts. It was totally unexpected and brutal. Fighting back just wasn't working. The bodies were mounting up and Higeshi became buried under them. The enemy didn't notice him there but he couldn't get out.
His body twitched and jerked as he slept the dreams were tormenting him so much.

Lea also fell asleep but it was dreamless and semi-peaceful. She wasn't exactly comfortable, but the thought of sleep was too much to take. She woke up in the middle of the night to see Higeshi twitching and jerking around. She crawled over and nudged him gently "Higeshi? Wake up, you're having a nightmare." she whispered.

Jumping as he was just suddenly woken. He rapidly sat bolt upright and grasped the hilt of his knife. Looking round he saw Lea just to the side of where he was sleeping and on all fours. Shaking his head, he relaxed slightly and laid back against his bag with a sigh.
"What's wrong?" he said casting his eyes to Lea.
((OOC: sorry i haven't been online in a while. Total side tracked. my bad. gonk ))

"Nothing. You were thrashing around." she said "Nightmare?" She asked, sitting back on her heels.

Higeshi thought back to the dream he was just having. A replay of one of the worst things he could remember. he fought back a shudder as he remembered it all to well.
"Yeah." He said simply. "have you slept?" He asked trying to change the subject.
