Ky nodded and had only taken one bite of her pancake. She nodded and stood, waving a hand playfully at Jayde. "I know I know... One pancake coming up... Go ahead and finish mine... I have to make the other's theirs anyways..." She giggled at that and started cooking again.

Grinning, she settled herself down in the vacated seat beside Sandie.
"I see you made it here alright, sweetheart," she said, digging in. Her dream looked up at her with a smile.
"Yes. Miss Kylinari invited me in for breakfast--we were just wondering if you were going to make it here in time."
"First of all, I'm always here in time for food. Secondly, you really don't have to call her 'Miss Kylinari'--Ky or Kylin will probably do just fine."

Ky began making pancakes for the rest of her team that seemed to be stirring and waking up to the smell of food.
Destin, who still looked a bit groggy from just waking up stood behind Jayde in a cautious pose, sniffing at her clothes with a puzzled expression.
"Destin?" Matrea tilted his head as he watched his brother. "What's wrong?"
"She smells familiar.... but she doesn't look like anyone I've met before...." He tilted his head. "Who are you?"
"Destin! That wasn't very polite... You know Ja-..." It was then that she noticed Jayde's hair. "Jayde!! What happened to your hair!!"

Jayde laughed and ruffled Destin's fur a little bit. "No, that's fine. I know that only Sandie and Matrea are at their best when they first wake up. sweatdrop But I decided that I needed a change." Fluffing her hair slightly, she asked, "What do you think?"

Kylin gave a giggle and shook her head. "You make me wonder sometimes..." she smiled then quickly countered. "But I don't mean it in a bad way!!"

"Heh, well, I guess as long as it's not in a bad way, that's alright." Without further adue, Jayde finished off the rest of Kylin's pancake, Sandie looking at her wide-eyed.
"Isn't Miss Kylin going to get anything?" she said on almost a whisper.
"I'm sure Ky'll make more if she wants one," Jayde managed to say around the remainder of her pancake. Sandie sat silently, still trying to figure out these friends' customs. So strange.

Kylin giggled and shrugged. "That just means I get to eat mine fresh!" She teased, setting a plate down for the still groggy Destin and snatching the now empty plate up from Matrea who dropped from his place witha stretch and a smirk.
"Oooooooh RYJAH!" He pounced upon the older Dream, making him 'oomf' fromt he impact. "Wake up! We gettin' some pancakes!" he giggled, then let poor Ryjah gather his breath.
