I got this idea from my other guild and I would like to share it with you. Here it goes. We all go to school right? So who would from bleach to be your teacher. You can chooses one for each subject, or even just choose a favorite teacher and a subject.
My teacher would be Renji and the subject would be homeroom. lol.
