"Flowers are pretty before they get shitty, and rot and turn to dust" In the game guide it talks about Zack and Aeris being a "star-crossed pair". =D They are talking about the "touching scene" about the 23 wishes. x] Also, on Aeris' profile, her quote is,
"I feel safe, as long as you're with me, Zack."

Hmm... well, that makes sense, a bit. Romeo and Juliet were star-crossed lovers, they were both teenagers, and they both died.

I don't know why, but I seem to have a talent in finding parallels. o.O Might just be my fangirlishness showing through, though. But the couples match in more ways than just death. Like... they're both from opposite sides/different families.
I mean... let's see... yeah, just opposite sides. Shinra/Non-Shinra, to put it easily. And then you have the ages. Aerith and Zack may be older than Romeo and Juliet, but they're still teenagers, and they still click together early on.
Hurray! I feel so proud of myself!

I totally agree with them being star-crossed lovers. But that all the more makes me sad! They are TOTALLY made for each other, yet they don't end together! crying crying
Still, it's really good to know that they really loved each other whee
