Introduction

First off, welcome to Soon! I am tantei_shinobi, nicknamed Kira, and I will guide you through what you must know about Soon. (Although, most of this stuff are originally written by Kat sweatdrop )

What is Soon, you ask? Well, in a nutshell, Soon is a general guild meant for general discussion, roleplaying, and socializing with some other Gaians. There's nothing much for now, but we do hope you give this guild a try and stay! 3nodding

All questions should be directed to either the Captain or any of the Vice Captains.

Rules

Yes, yes, I know. Rules, again. But we can't help it, now can we? These rules are here for everyone to follow, even the crew. No one is above them, so please cooperate in abiding by them.

Read: Gaia Guilds Network Rules and FAQs

1. Be nice! Get along, OK? Please do not curse; it will not be tolerated (censored words like "$#*&@!" are fine, but not when used excessively). We also discourage arguments and conflicts. In the words of Jackie Moon from the movie Semi-pro, "Everybody love everybody". We're supposed to get along.

2. Be active! Now, this isn't much of a rule than it is a request. We, the crew, just ask you to be as active as you can in the guild. An inactive guild won't be much fun, now, will it?

3. No n00b calling, foul language, or racism. Related to rule number 1, this will not be tolerated. (Everybody love everybody!)

4. No flamming. A lesson in respect: do not flame others. They are entitled to their own opinion/beliefs.

5. No spamming. Unless in a Spam forum, of course. This is one pretty much self explanatory.

6. Stay in topic and post in the right forums. If we see a topic in the wrong thread, we have the permission to move it to the correct forum. If we see an off-topic post, we have the permission to delete it. You will be notified, don't worry.

7. Have fun! Because this is supposed to be a happy forum. smile

Warnings and Banned Members

Those who do not abide with the rules will be given warnings or even be banned.

Here's the deal, we'll give you three warnings. We'll also state why you were warned so you'd be aware of what you did. If ever your username will be put here, we will PM you.

1. First Warning
- Not much of a big deal. Just don't do it again.

2. Second Warning
- Either you didn't know we warned you or you ignored it.

3. Third Warning
- Your last chance for having ignored the second warning. One more time and you're out.

How to Join

Decided you want to join? Well, here's what to put in that Reason box.

1) Why you want to join, obviously. Be reasonable.
2) What you expect from the guild and its members.
3) If you'll be willing to follow the rules, of course. We'll know anyway if you're doing so. We can always ban you if you violate the rules.

Since we have subforums, it can get confusing sometimes where to post what. So, Kat has described the subforums for us.

Again, Kat describes about posting. This time, it is about how.

- If not needed anymore, we may delete certain announcements.

Sticky Threads

- Most of the sticky threads will be posted by the crew.
- Common topics found in other guilds [Rules, FAQ's, etc.]
- Most may be a Must Read to all members
- Most may be important

Normal Threads

- Anyone can post threads like these.
- Not too important

Side Notes

Please learn to look. Can you imagine how troublesome, how annoying it will be to see a duplicate of a thread? Two duplicates? Four? Twenty? And on the other hand, we're going to have to PM many for posting a new topic when in reality, it's an old topic already. So please learn to look around and browse.

Announcement, Sticky threads and every other thread will be updated from time to time so please try to check out the ones that are important and those that you look forward to being updated.
