It wasn't to long before Channing realized he was caught in a web of his own bull s**t. This guy was definitely more versed in the lore of this game than he was. Now he was going to get caught no matter what, might as well have some fun. If this man was going to take him down, might as well make him do it with a bang, right? "No, I tried to Arena once, was far to easy for someone such as I. Haseo? Gabriel? Pff They are levels of fame far below me. I play a role much greater than either of those two losers."
The man began to circle him too. Channing did what he could to make his character appear stronger, which wasn't much considering it was a video game. "Ya, I probably have been playing this game for a while. And my armor? How do you know I'm just not partial to this look. Do you even know what I'm modeled after you disrespectful punk?" At least this statement was true. Channing chose his character's appearance because he absolutely loved the character design of Tōshirō Hitsugaya. "As for guilds, who needs them, after all, few can even reach the levels of skill I have already surpassed."
Channing could only hope the man was buying his bull s**t. It was quiet obvious he wasn't. After all, while normally being good at bull shitting people, he was at a disadvantage here of not knowing much about this topic of debate. What the!? Channing thought to himself noticing the ear on the top of the man's head move. "What kind of player are you? A hacker?" Channing said without realizing it. He had not read anything about a class in this game with dog ears, what the heck was going on. He had lost the proud tone he had mustered when he was bragging before, now he was just curious, and a bit surprised at what this guy could be.

✖ G A B R I E L ✖ Gabriel had to give the kid credit. He had pride and guts, not necissarily the best things to have when you were new, but respectable things nonetheless. They might get you killed, but at least you'll have your dignity in tact. He smiled as he watched this kid puff out his chest like a proud hawk and try to talk him down, even copying his movement as a circling wolf. Of course, that was simpy a quirk that came with being a Werewolf Class. You had this tendency to want to circle things, just up and howl, hunt down weaker prey. To make fun of, that is. Grinning like a cheshire cat, he listened to this kid basically s**t-talk about himself and the famed Haseo. Why, he bet that this kid didn't even know who Gabriel or Haseo was, not to mention recognizing that one of them stood right in front of him. He wondered what else this kid could come up with.
"Who, me?" Gabriel said, pointing to himself. "Why, i'm just a regular player. I mean, I hate to brag, but I like to think that I am pretty powerful character and a member of a very prestige guild."
Crossing his arms across his chest, Gabriel suddenly got very excited. It was fake, but he was an excellent actor. "You must have met some of the world's greatest players then, right? Haseo, Ovan, Saiph, Gabriel, Galadriel? Please, I would love it if you told me a bit about what Gabriel or Galadriel is like. Hell, i'd even be happy with a bit of information on Saiph."
Poor Saiph. One of Gabriel's very good friends. He wondered what that pansy was up to. He suddenly had the urge to send him a Flash Mail. Not now, though. Later on. Right now, his attention was focused on the boy before him.

It was weird, being circled by the man. Was he evaluating a threat, or perhaps a victim? It was hard to tell by his movements. None the less the man was more than a mere player, maybe it was what he had said about himself. Now in the heat of the moment Channing wished that he had warped away when he first noticed this man, or even paid more attention early instead of knocking him off a bride. Now, by choice or coincidence, he would have to continue with this man.
"Who?" Channing asked, oblivious to the names the man spilled off. Maybe the strange man was just taunting him? Perhaps those names weren't of relevance at all? Or perhaps they were the legends of this game. I should have read the forums more closely, Channing scolded himself in his own thoughts. Now could think of only one option, to move the focus of conversation.
"Never heard of them, you sure they are 'the world's greatest players as you say?" Channing asked, it wasn't to hard to sound ignorant when he actually was. "Though, I've answered your questions. I believe I deserve a few answers, like why is your character so much different than everyone else's? I think I would have remembered animalistic features for human-type characters in the character creation process, or at least seen more people with those types of character designs. Just who exactly are you, Mr. Powerful who belongs to a very prestiged guild?" Channing asked, mustering up what he could to act intimidating.
