I'm immersed in the Forgotten Realms books at the moment. I've got through all the Drizzt Do'Urden sagas and am now on the Spider Queen novels set in the same world.. it's total escapism and I'm loving it!

I've read a couple of Forgotten Realms books, but I prefer the Dragon Lance books to them. I've read about fourteen from the DL series.

I've been reading the Narnia Chronicles off and on lately. I've just got to finish The Silver Chair and The Last Battle.

I picked up The Mortal Instruments books by Cassandra Clare (City of Bones and City of Ashes), and I'm just waiting for the release of the last book in the trilogy to get here now. They're pretty good, if you like urban fantasy and fairy lore.

I heart the Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris, but those are more for the 18 and up crowd.

I absolutely adore Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series.

I'm a book nerd more than anything, so I could go on and on and on, so I'll just go ahead and stop there. sweatdrop

i just finished Skulduggery Pleasant and i am starting to read the second book Skulduggery Pleasant: playing with fire. they are really good books. then just a week ago i finished The Deep which is a third book in a series, the first one was called Ingo. then at the start of these school holidays i finished Dragon Moon the last book in a three part series called Dragon Kepper. so that is 3 books i have finished in three weeks. that is a record for me. sweatdrop

Just started the first in Tanya Huff's Blood Books, Blood Price.

Not bad so far.

I read Eragon, but stopped a few chapters into Eldest for some reason I can't remember.

I've never read the Forgotten Realms books but play the Forgotten Realms RPGs all the time smile

Would love to read them (I shall steal them when I come visit :p )

I'm reading an excellent fantasy book at the moment called Empress by Karen Miller smile
