Rose smiled faintly at Terri, "Actually, I'm terrified of heights. My dad was Keeper in his years here, but my mum was...a terrible flyer. I guess I inherited her fear for it." She added as an afterthought, "My aunt Ginny was with the Holyhead Harpies for a while. I always was fascinated to watch her games. So no, I don't think I'll try out."
Rose turned to her cousin James and gave him a big smile. She was just beginning to feel more welcome to the change of scenery. Traveling to Hogwarts wasn't so bad afterall.

Albus looks at his mother, father, and younger sister. He waves good-bye and notices that his sister Lily is crying her eyes out. Don't worry Lily, you'll be here soon enough, he whispered under his breath, but right now it's my turn. Then he looks towards the train to find that his brother and cousins have left him alone on the platform. Ok, I can do this. He takes one last look, and on the train he goes. What now? Albus starts down the train corridor looking into each of the compartments. The train starts to move, and he runs into the nearest compartment and waves out the window to his parents and to Lily. There were two other students in there, both looked very young, and very confused. He also noticed that they were twins. Sorry to barge in like that, but if I didn't wave to them, I'd be hearing it during the Christmas Holiday. The Twins laughed. It's ok, one of the boys said to him. But before he could introduce himself a loud crash came from the corridor, and he went to investigate.

"Too bad. Gryffindor could use someone to help them out of their losing rut. Courtesy of us, of course." I may be a non prejudiced Slytherin, but that doesn't mean I'm not a Slytherin. It's in all of us to tease and torment Gryffindors. I am glad though, that James seems to have relaxed in the company of an evil Slytherin...(somewhat).
Terri had just settled comfortably on the seats, in a position that she would most likely hold for most of the ride, unless interrupted, which she was, by a crash from the corridor.
"What the-" Terri jumped up and threw the door open wider so she could see down the hall. "What on earth?"

Albus poked his head out the door, and there he saw some older kids pushing and shoving each other. Take it back one of them said. No, because you know it's true. What is all that about? He wondered. The fight went on for about five minutes until a prefect came and broke it up. While this was going on Albus looked up and down the corridor to see if he could recognize anybody. And to his amazement he saw an older girl looking back at him.

Alexa Long boarded the train on her own. Her Mum and Dad had work today, and she was an only child. As much as she searched, she couldn't find an empty compartment. "Oh well, you need the practice." She muttered. But instead, she sat ouside in the corridor and read her book, her suitcases piled next to her.

Terri locked eyes with a younger boy, a first year, if his slightly panicked look and curious eyes were anything to go by. Hang on, that kid looks a lot like Harry Potter. Probably is one of his children, and probably another Gryffindor. That house is getting too big. Ah well, best to try to not be biased against the savior of the wizarding world. Terri smiled at the boy, nodded and ducked back into her compartment.
"A few idiots decided they couldn't wait until the school year to start fighting, apparently. That's what the crash was. It's over now though, one of the prefects, whatshisname..oh well. One of the prefects handled it. What were we talking about?" Terri sat in silence, thinking. "We had finished Quidditch, and moved on to...nothing. All right then, someone pick a topic!"
((VERY sorry for my prolonged absence, marching band got in the way, and then I had some drama to work out in the band, with our director quitting, and then I had the musical. Ya'll could have continued though....anyways, we'll start this guild up and running again, yeah?))
