Hi, there. I'm not really a new member here (but I might as well be). I've been on and off Gaia for a while because of life being very . . . messy. I thought I might re-introduce myself here. Perhaps I'll find myself new language partners. =D Name: Ada (or Dess) Age: 19 Country: USA Siblings: 1 brother Languages I'm fluent in: English Languages I'm learning: American Sign Language, Latin, Cantonese Languages I want to learn in the future: Japanese, Korean, biblical Greek and Hebrew, Latin, British Sign Language, Irish Sign Language... the list goes on. I'm willing to learn anything I can get a partner for. Favourite Colour(s): Dark blue-green Additional information: I am a college student, and my major is American Sign Language. I will transfer to a university (hopefully) in spring 2013 (provided the world doesn't end), at which I will double major in Linguistics and Deaf Studies (with a concentration in Pre-Deaf Education). I love the Deaf culture, though I'm not a member of the Deaf community. I'm hard of hearing. My most valued sense is sight, and least is hearing. I'm prone to ear infections (which is one reason why I consider myself to be hard of hearing), and I might have a communication disorder (which is the other reason why I consider myself to be hard of hearing).
