Deep inside a dark cave in Tentou lies a underground Oasis that Pokemon from all over the region flock to. In the middle, stands tall a large statue featuring 4 mythical Pokemon. Whenever a Pokemon comes to visit this place, they first visit this statue. Most lay down an offering of berries to rest peacefully in the cave for awhile, but some Pokemon come for a different reason.
It has been rumored when a Pokemon sets an offering at the base of the statue the Pokemon's past is judged. Most wild Pokemon don't even know of this, but their life could be forever changed in that instant...

What happens when your Pokemon Changes alliances Lights Light's are truly the angels of the Pokemon world. They are kind in nature, but will not hesitate to stand up for what they believe is right and will even fight for if need be. These pokemon see humans as friends which can sometimes be their downfall if they run into a stranger with ill intentions. They excel in defense when battling.
Their coloring is lighter than the rest of their species, and may have new special markings.
During official battle, Light Pokemon can learn special moves, ablilities, and defense perks. To find out more click here (will come in the future, ignore this part for now c:'' ) Darks Darks are the opposites, they are strong willed creatures with a lust to exploit their enemies weakness. While they are not foam at the mouth/range-blinded beasts, they have no conscience. Some may consider this worse as they have no remorse for their victims. These pokemon are extremely difficult for a trainer to deal with, so even if you know the person who owns it approach with caution. These Pokemon have very high endurance.

Requirments NEW If your planning on trying to change your Pokemon's Alliance, you MUST fill out a Quest form before doing anything else! Your Pokemon will not be able to gain dark or light hearts otherwise.
In the second post of The Stats Thread there is an friendship meter. Pokemon who are not seeking an alliance change will only be able to achieve a max of three pink hearts.
Pokemon on the Questing list however can be granted black (for dark questers) or blue hearts (for light questers). They must reach the max, 3, hearts to quailify
Any of your pokemon can align with a side, but it's going to take a lot of roleplay for them to gain a dark or light rank. During your usual RPing if you feel that you've written a post that is an exceptional example of your Pokemon's personality shifting, fill out an evidence forum found a few posts down You may use Role play posts, as well as items from the Pokemart that may affect how your Pokemon feels for you..
Try to be realistic about it though, A personality change such as this doesn't happen overnight. It's first three roleplays is not going to get them to three dark or light hearts.
You also need 10 completed mission. Find out more about missions by clicking here. As an incentive, clan Missions will count as 2 missions.
The last and easiest thing you need is one berry to offer to the statue, which can be bought by Haley at the PokeMart. Rules After your 4 roleplays have been posted I or a crew member will confirm if your pokemon has a chance at changing. If you are turned down, don't worry you can try again but you must use different roleplay samples.
You may only concentrate on changing one Pokemon at a time. These are very rare so it may take an extended amount of time for your pokemon to officially transform into either a dark or light even after your 4 roleplay posts have been OK'ed.
As stated before.. not ALL pokemon are cut out to become dark or light. If your aiming to get a few, try and change your favorite one first: after that it's going to be more difficult for another one of your pokemon to change. This rule is to hopefully keep these rare species population in check.
It's also much more difficult to change which alignment your seeking after another one of your pokemon has already aligned with the other. Example: If your Charizard just became a dark Pokemon, and now you want to make your Pichu a light Pokemon it's going to be an extremely hard task as you would suddenly be changing your trainers way of raising their pokemon. This has to be done in a way that will be at least half believable for the change to be successful.
Since this is a new system, I'm sure questions and loopholes will come up. So, more rules could be added and existing ones will be adjusted if needed.

Quest Forms You must post this forum in this thread to get on the current Light/Dark questers list. Your Pokemon will be unable to gain dark or light hearts unless they are on this list!
