So i cooked last night x'3
Yes, cooked! With spices and a pan! And veggies!

I never cook, because i really can't. So, i just chopped up a bunch of veggies (mushrooms, cucumbers, onions, eggplant), tossed them in a pan, and waited for them to turn brown and kinda limp.

And you know what?
It was pretty darn good <33

Frozen spinach is amazing, i only discovered it a few months ago...i didn't know companies made such things! lol

i cook pretty often too, mostly indian food though and boy does it take long...two hours at least...i try not to talk about it much...cooking can be such a pain sometimes actually scrap that its a pain most of the time!

but on the upside i love to bake, if it was up to me and i had nothing else to do i would bake all the time...not sure whether i'd eat it though (not much of an eater...i'm sure i'd find people who wouldn't mind eating it!) but i would defo bake!...anything from different cakes to pastries and i just love the smell that fills the house after you've baked something....that smell is soemthing else! heart

I've never really had Indian food before, but there are a lot of Indians in my apartment complex. When they cook, you sure smell it... and it's amazing! Even better though, is when one of the Asians in my building cooks... soooo yummy. I just want to run into their apartment and beg x'3

My apartment complex is also V E R Y diverse, and I know exactly what you mean.

It's pretty good, but I grew up on a lot of Japanese food.

I'm a little biased, of course.
