1) Your pet was not certed with the corrent information. Repost the order form and tell us which part was certed wrongly, include the wrong certed image if possible.
2) It has been two weeks and you cannot find your pet's cert in the threads here. (If you delay your payment/trade it will make organisation of the batches difficult for us as well)
