Well we need better people in here and start recruiting but we need to work on the guild and content in the guild with things to interest people in here. Even if you make a couple of bumps.

I'm not really sure. How much cash do you have because I would say start with about 3 or 4 bumps and then at the end of one of the bumps start advertising like 20k to 1st prize poetry contest and stuff.
