Kin's tail twitched a bit. "Sure." He said with a nodd. To Kin Aeka looked like a little lost puppy. He wondered if it were his fault that Aeka ended up this way. Kin started to purr because he knew most people liked it when he did. Kin kind of felt responsible for letting Aeka get his way. He had been away in Japan for a long while.

Aeka started to drift off. His arms were draped around Kinnara's waist and chest, and his head rested over the cat's heart. Poor Aekepi was a mess. He was pounds thinner than he should have been, and the way he was talking was a clear sign that he was depressed. It probably wasn't ALL Kinnara's fault - but his absence had added to the main cause. The death of his parents couldn't have helped, either.

Kinnara waited for a while at Aeka fell asleep. He got up and put the poor boy on the couch and covered him with a blanket that he found in the closet. Kinnara stretched a bit and his arm had fallen asleep. He scratched the back of his head. Kinnara silently walked over to the kitchen and started to rummage for food to cook. He found few things and started. He had found some chicken in the freezer which he started to cook and season. Kinnara then found some things he could make into side dishes. He found potatoes which he sliced quietly. As he did he felt a weird sensation. He dropped the knife on the counter and grabbed hold of his body. "Not again." he said in pain as he knew what was happening. Kinnara could feel his bones shifting and changing. It was the curse that the rat had place upon him. He told know about it. Not even Bijin who was with him durning the Japan trip. Kinnara was transforming and holding in his screams of pain as not to wake up Aeka. Kinnara height was 6 ft and now he was about 7 ft for the transformation turned him from his normal human cat boy self to his nightmare of being a cat monster. His breathing became harder has he changed. His body slowly became covered in fur. Kinnara felt he was going to black out. He looked almost like a werewolf but more with cat features. Kinnara just hoped that Aeka wouldn't see him like this...he knew this would scar him even more.

Aekepi stirred. Unknown to Kinnara, his eyes were actually open, and he SAW the cat thing in his kitchen. Saw it... and didn't care. He knew it was Kinnara even without the other form. Slowly, shakily, he stood up, and moved over to the kitchen, before just hugging the big furry form, and closing his eyes.
"Kin - you're beautiful. And soft. And warm. Can I keep you?"
His humor was genuine - but he was weak, and couldn't stand for too much longer, before he started to collapse.

"Aeka," said Kin with a somewhat graggle voice. His speech patterns didn't work as well. "Aeka...Aeka wake up." Kinnara shook him a bit and this he heard a very loud beat of Aeka heart. It sounded like drums going by really fast and slow all at once. Kinnara look for a coat or anything to cover up his appearance. He found one in the closet luckily. "Don't worry Aeka I will get you to the hospital. " Kinnara picked up Aeka and went to the balcony to jump off. As he did he heard several screams as he fell down. Kinnara dashed off toward any hospital near by or if there wasn't he would go to his apartment where he had developed some new medication to help Aeka's heart.

There was no hospital near here. And Aeka was out cold. His head flopped back limply, and his arm was folded across his chest, with the other dangling. The coyote's breathing was slightly labored, and his heart pounded fierce and heavy in much too fast a cadence. His regular medication wasn't working anymore. And there was always that possibility with heart medications. That the patient would grow immune. With ANY medication, really.

Kinnara smelled the air. No hospital. s**t he thought. He looked about. He then ran toward his own apartment. He dared not let his neighbors see him like this. Kinnara reached his apartment and entered through his front door. It was an easy door to open. He laid Aeka on his couch and turned on the lights. Though it did hurt his eyes a bit. He went to diningroom to his chemistry and medical set. He grab the forumal. "I hope this work..It should start reparing his heart." said Kinnara to himself but it sound more like monster noises. Kinnara had been working on nanobots that could help Aeka with his heart. He just hope this would work. He got a serenge and fill it with the formula he had created and pump out the air so not to kill Aeka and then slowly enjected Aeka. All Kin could do is wait in his beastly forum.

Slowly, Aekepi started to wake up. The medication was taking effect! It was a matter of a few moments before the coyote was fully conscious... but once he was, the first thing he did was throw himself into Kinnara's furry arms. He didn't CARE that the monster was his friend - he still knew it was Kin. And he had bound himself to him for as long as he remained alive. While he was out cold, someone had told him 'Watch over Kinnara, and he will watch over you.'. He was bound and determined to heed that voice.
As he clung to Kinnara's monstrous form, he murmured soft nonsense to try and make the beast understand that Aeka didn't CARE what form Kinnara took - so long as he was there.

Kin had fallen asleep but awoken slightly to see Aeke on him. "how do you feel. " he asked trying his best to sound like a human being. Kinnara had to be careful in this forum for his strength could kill someone. "Aeke if you like something to drink?"

The sleepy coyote shook his head, and sighed contentedly.
"No... I'm okay. Just don't move much, alright? I'm enjoying you here."
And it was true. Kinnara made him feel safe like no one else did. Not even Aurora. His eyes slowly started to slide shut by degrees as he pretty much passed out. But it was a gentle sleep - not a worrisome one. With how he looked [pale], and how he sounded [worn], he definitely needed the rest. But he DID ask something before he slipped out of it completely.
"Kin... will you... protect me?"
