Is there any one here who is otherkin or Therian. I am one, was only curious if any one else was. This category i think counts as some what cryptozoology but its really more spiritual, as there is many who do believe in werewolves and don't know anything about them accept what they read in books or see on TV. Werewolves do exist but not in the way society today perceives them.
I just wanted to get that out in the open. There are guilds and sites on the web that talk and explain about what otherkinism and therianism is.

I have heard of Therian and Otherkin. there are different forms of transformation, correct? Mental physical ect, right?
IO happen to know a small fact which should make a few people laugh. In ancient times, with the witch hunts ect. Most of werewolves caught were fakes.
They used a solution to transform. That solution, or ointment, that they made at the same time as doing the ritual, was so full of hallucinogenic plants and other substances, that they "werewolf" only hallucinated that he or she was a wolf.
Now, this only applies to the werewolves on record, I'm sure there were Otherkin and Therian as well, but i bet they could hide better and didn't kill for needless pleasure. Supposedly , werewolves are creatures of the devil.
Other religions have werewolves and other shape shifters as well, a few require a ritual, for example, African shamans.
Sorry for going on like that, it happens often though.

Well, it depends... Some people identify Indigo Children as otherkin, some do not. If you consider Indigo Children to be Otherkin, then yes, I'm Otherkin. Whoa, I just confused myself... sweatdrop

i think werewolves are skinwalkers, like in shamanic ritual, where the shaman can enter the mind of an other animal and controling it. x3
