Tassy and I were talking about where to start it (whether to build it up in the Test Forum and move it to Charity, or whether to start it at Charity without needing to wait for a mod to move the thread)...and we're still thinking of a name...
Other than that, everything we discussed here is all we have.

I don't know how you are going to do it. Guild Charity Mule? If so I wouldn't bother with the Test Forum. If you have an idea what you are gonna write in the posts and have time to do it all at once, I would just jump into the Charity Forum.
If you are gonna alternate posts between two people, have everything ready (banners, post content ect.) and are on at the same time, I would go ahead and jump into the Charity Forum too.
I prefer bypassing the Test Forum if you couldn't tell. Those are just my suggestions. It all depends on how much time you have and if you can get everything together at once. xD
I don't do names. Sorry. D:

Now that I put more thought into it, bypassing the Test Forum is probably the best way.
I like the idea of a guild charity mule, but I'd also like to keep the amount of guild mules to a minimum. We already have a Newbie Guide mule and possibly a charity mule, I think two mules are enough to handle.
Anyways, sorry for not being around much lately. Not only does life eat up a lot of time, I was also undergoing mod training and had to push some things aside for that. As you can see by the lack of color, I'll have more time for these things now.

You could just use the Newbie Guide Mule as an all purpose (charity, donation, contest ect.) guild mule. Or just have the Newbie Guide and an all purpose guild mule.
Good luck with the mod training. :3
