sure,
all it is rele, is as you lvl up (rank) you random a number and add it to your previous score lol, my chackras gunna be high cuz of my roll, ill just give you the best you can roll instead of actually rolling for it.

I don't want to be super strong though. I think my attack should be low since I am ranged, but my chakra should be normal since I do genjutsu.

Im good at this sort of stuff, im a game designer lol
So after this we can go to a country and start a village there, but im wondering if the guild should use new villages, that people start, or use the old ones but under new management lol

Well I think I would prefer new villages because I don't think I could handle actual naruto characters in the story.

well i dont want the actual char's in the story, i mean like time skip 50 or 100 years into the future, or start our own universe.
