Vahn avoided the kick as gunshots rang out across the room, following Yoshiko as he disappeared into the shadows. He reloaded the massive gun as he re-holstered it, looking at the last spot he was. "Damn... I missed," Vahn said as he smirked. He sniffed the air. "But... not entirely, it would appear." It looked to the ground and to the wall. Two shots had scathed his target as Vahn chuckled. "I know where you are, Yoshiko, and you cannot hide from me," he said, and with that, a similar flocking sound, and a flash away towards a window, Vahn was gone.

Saito looked to Nina, "...er...she's pissed" he whispered to hisself looking at the hole in the roof, and then at Nina, "I'll fight you later on, when I'm all healed, and when I'm stronger, got it?" he climbed up, looking down into the hole, "And don't be a jerk by following me"

Rui collapsed against her bed, a few servants hurriedly getting the manor's doctor to look on Rui. Her eyes were shut and she was relaxed, as if the sword had not hurt her. "I met Yoshiko again, and he almost killed me again. I couldn't manage even one hit on him this time. I was also interrupted, and the one lead was lost again..."
"Rui, Yoshiko gets anyone who attacks him. I doubt even you would think that you had an advantage. I've seen previous heads get killed by the likes of him. Killing Yoshiko was not on your target list, and therefore was not someone to die for."
"Still." Her body was bandaged by now, her mouth a bit tight. "Why can't I protect them? Why?" Her eyes opened again, the doctor pulling her against him gently. He knew Rui was still a child in a way, not wanting to ruin that moment. "Why..." Her body began to shake, tears soaking in the doctor's coat.
"Just let it all out."

Nina turned her cold, yet fiery, glare onto Saito. "You think you could fight me? Last time we fought I was merely playing with you, if I had wished to kill you, you would have died with out even knowing what had hit you." She spat at him, anger and venom in her words. Yoshiko was getting under her skin, and many things that got under her skin tended to not live very long.

Saito looed at Nina and sighed, "Whatever, have fun looking for Yoshiko though, he's a snakey lttle son of a b***h" he walked away, his book back in his hands, he walked onto the street, and sat down on a street bench. "I wonder, why the hell would Yoshiko want to be one of those things"

Nina simply glared at him as he left and then sighed. She then vanished and reappeared on top of a building that was in down town Chicago. She sat on the ledge and looked down at the people. She scowled. "If I didn't have to feed off them, I would kill them all..." She mumbled.

Darcy Darkheart Nina simply glared at him as he left and then sighed. She then vanished and reappeared on top of a building that was in down town Chicago. She sat on the ledge and looked down at the people. She scowled. "If I didn't have to feed off them, I would kill them all..." She mumbled. "True, but we wouldn't exist without them..." Vahn stated, suddenly appearing as he sighed along with her. He had a trail of blood, fresh, running from his lip as he wiped it. "So we deal with it," Vahn ordered. "The night is still young- would you like a bite to eat?" Vahn asked casually. "All I've had is a blood packet from the bank, and truthfully it wasn't enough."

Nina glanced at him, then sighed. "Sounds good." She said. She then wondered soemthing. "Tell me...how old are you?" She asked him.

Rui's body woke to the darkness of her room. The curtains had been shut on her, she noticed immediately. Her eyes adjusted to the darkness of the room and she took a deep breath. She sat up, looking at her body, the wounds would be healed enough for her to do the usual targets, but in no way could she handle Yoshiko in this condition. "Looks like a war is going to brew soon, from what those other two were doing."
