Appearance: Rosario has been described as many things--exotic, striking, handsome. With green eyes, dark hair and a tanned complexion, it's easy to see why. He has a fairly muscular build, accentuated by an elegant nose and high cheekbones. He prefers to keep his facial hair to a minimum, though he does sport a small, neatly trimmed mustache. Most of his wardrobe is business attire, suits, ties, etc. Everything about him fairly screams wealth and influence. If he has any wrinkles, they have been removed via the wonders of modern cosmetic surgery.

Faction: Rosario is the president of PDE.

Personality: Driven. There is nothing Rosario has ever been denied, and as a result, has become used to getting his own way, no matter the cost, be it money, commodities or women. His charming exterior hides the cold, calculating man inside, who cares for himself and his profit margin alone. That same mask is most often used to cover his true feelings, leaving nothing but a vague smile to cover everything from seething rage to mild disappointment.

Skills: He is physically fit, exercising regularly. But his major skill lies in his influence, and his ability to manipulate those around him into doing the dirty work for him. If he can't do something, someone can always be paid to do it for him.

Weaknesses: Despite all his exercise, Rosario knows nothing of hand-to-hand combat, or any sort of fighting thereof. His smug self-assurance occasionally blinds him to potential disasters, requiring him to have acquired a panel of advisors, to tell him what he needs to hear. Without them, his choices can be rash, and plans can fail.

Weaponry: He has no weapons personally, though a small squad of trained bodyguards accompany him most everywhere he goes. And mercenaries are always willing to be hired...

Background: Born into a wealthy household, Rosario was quickly introduced to the ways of manipulation. He was in business school before he himself even realized he himself had been "tricked" into doing so. Soon, however, he found the business world suited him perfectly well--it was just as ruthless as he. After his father's sudden death, he assumed control of PDE, driving it to reach new profits never before realized. He perused several women of prestigious families, perhaps making an alliance marriage between his company and another's--with hopes of corporate takeover. He became afianced to one such woman, but has yet to "seal the deal". Using his influences, he has come into information regarding the Cybertronians--and their "cube". Rosario sees them as a way to put himself above and beyond all competition, and will stop at nothing to acquire what he wants.

Personality: She's rather random at times. She's honest to god adorable and amusing just to watch. She's very outgoing, isn't afraid of much so she uses her fearlessness to her advantage. Her favorite thing to do is make those around her happy. She tends to hide her negative emotions, until she can't contain her negativity and it explodes in a very destructive manner. She has a very dark side that she hides beneath her smile. She's always put others before herself. Although she has a tendency to pick on her friends and play pranks. She very rarely opens up to even her closest friends. But she tends to be very trustworthy if she's told a secret, her mouth is shut until she is told its okay to speak about whatever she was told.

Skills: She's a brilliant mechanic, which makes her valuable as a mechanic and a weapons specialist. But she also has a keen hand for making explosions among other weapons.

Weaknesses: She has a hard time trusting others. She's not very good a swimming. and she doesn't do well when she's told to stay behind while others are left behind. She hates being useless.

Weaponry: explosives, grenades she makes herself, Flash bombs, she tends to invent things and test them on old machines. Razor wire is her favorite.

Background: As a child she wasn't really given a good home, her birth parents were killed in a car accident, all three of them were in a car that was pushed into a lake and she was only only one that could be fished out of the lake, both of her parents were dead before they could be saved. So Fray has always been afraid of the water. She was adopted by a family that seemed to neglect her after she moved in. So she turned to other means of keeping herself from being lonely. She got good at fixing machines. She was there for the mission city incident and is looking for the Autobots, she finds them fascinating. She also attends the same school that Sam attends.

Appearance: Ellie is a different kind of law enforcement unto herself. She's petite, slim and fit, sporting spiky natural red hair, freckled pale skin and vivid green eyes. She keeps in shape when she's not on duty, and it shows. She did however lose both legs in an on-duty accident about a year before. She has gotten used to her prosthetics (the metal frame kind) and unless you saw for yourself, you'd never guess she had a disability. She refuses to let the loss of her legs stop her from doing what she loves, chasing down bad guys and putting them away off the streets. She usually wears black leather pants, combat boots, a green shirt over her bullet proof vest, and a black leather jacket. She wears only a single earring in each ear, emerald in color, given to her by her grandparents back in Scotland.

Faction: Currently: Human police detective

Personality: She's a spit-fire. She's got a temper, and she uses it from time to time. She is not very feminine, and acts more like one of the guys. She'd sooner take an arm wrestling challange or drink you under the table than wear a dress. But she can be very emotional and irrational at times. She's very determined, loyal, and sticks to the law like glue. She has been known to bend the rules from time to time, however.

Skills: She's decent at brawling and wrestling, and took martial arts before her accident. She's a good shot with her gun, and she has patience to wait out stake-outs, the dedication to dig up facts and see clues when following crook's trails. She's pretty savvy and sharp, but uses her own brains rather than depend on technology to find answers. She's very good at doing her job, but she really lives for it and that alone, and has little social life.

Weaknesses: She doesn't relate well to people. She comes off as brassy, bold, and downright rude at times. She thinks that to skate around the issues or pamper the truth is useless, so she's blunt and this often makes her seem harsh or cold. She's horrible at small talk, and prefers to get down to business. She's also pretty practical minded, and doesn't believe in the supernatural or scientific, preferring cold hard fact. She's also afraid of fire and car crashes, ever since her accident.

Weaponry: She usually carries her police issue gun, and her bare fists. Her prosthetic legs can pack a punch too if the enemy is unsuspecting.

Background: El grew up in Scotland but moved to the states when she was a teen. Her family moved around quite a bit, and tragically when she was in her final year of college she learned that her entire family had been wiped out by an Irish terrorist cell when visiting their home for Christmas. Ever since that time, she dedicated herself to law enforcement, knowing that she couldn't ever find those that killed her family, but wanting to stop others like them from taking loved ones away from the innocent.

When she was working in New York as a street cop, she uncovered a terrorist cell and got in too deep over her head. During a chase in her patrol car, she ended up stopping the crooks, but wrecking her car as a side-result, and thus lost both her legs at the knee. After this, she nearly gave up, but having nothing else to live for, devoted herself to rehabilitation, and transferred out West to a detective detatchment, still determined to prove she could do good.
