Aside from Goji, Anguirus has been my favorite kaiju. Rodan and the 3 versions of Ghidorah have been pretty cool too.

im sory but I have to go with orga simply because of his shoulder cannon...it is just so...anime-esc the way it charges up and all noice is sucked in with it as it fires a cannoned wave of energy right at godzilla, sending him flying...coming in at close second would have to be Godzilla from Godzilla vs. Hedorah (Godzilla vs. The Sludge Monster) because it is the ONLY movie in which Godzilla can fly

That's a tough one.
As a child though, I always loved Anguirus, the way he is two creatures in one, a rhino and porcupine.
But recently Kaiser Ghidorah has become a firm favourite, mainly because he has four legs and is incredibly cool.
