"You'll think about it atleast right?" Cal asked. Ilyak sighed. The had been talking for awhile. "Yes. I'll think about it." He replied. Cal rose to his feet. "Hey, brother, Serna hasn't changed much has it?" he asked, lightening the mood. Ilyak lifted his head and smiled. "No." he replied. "Since I'm here...will you go back to our old meeting place with me?" Cal asked. Ilyak nodded and bounded after his brother.

"For the sake of Zolstar!" Cried a woman as she came up behind Kala. "What's gotten into you? Make your self usefull and help pitch the tents!" Kala ignored her. The fortune teller's prediction was still humming in her mind. All those things she said...They couldn't be true....could they? Gypsies were firm beleivers in magic and mystery, and Kala was almost certain the woman had cast a spell on her to make it come true... The woman sighed and turned to leave. "Rosalind..." Kala muttered atlast. "You beleive in magic don't you?" Rosalind snorted and tossed her jeweled haed. "I'm probably the only one in this troope who doesn't!" She said and crouched down next to Kala. "Keep this in mind, girl." She said and held up a heavily ringed finger. "The only magic in this world is that of money. When we get to the next town, they'll be even more money for us to make." Kala smiled at Rosalind weakly. "Maybe so..." She muttered. Rosalind gave a self assured nod then stood and hurried off to work again. Kala returned her gaze to the forest.

the cubs got to their feet quickly and bounded after Lak as Luscia sat on the sidelines and laid down. Mellar was assertive but not very brave, she put her effort into chasing Lak and trying to corner him. It was Menar who actually reached out his teeth trying to get in a playfull bite. The other pups were joining in now too and it was Lak versus a band of fifteen little ones.

(( I found something cool! It's a musci video about wolves and if you look REALLY closely, just about all of the characters from our roleplay seemed to be in it! Yu can tell by their personalities! Luscia's in laying with a pup and Lak's really easy to spot! He's the large black wolf in a group of little pups! Lol. You guy s have to watch it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OI5_daFSIZY))

Luscia chuckled and got to her feet again. "Okay, okay little ones. Get off Lak." She nudged the little cubs and they jumped off and began to paw and bite at each other. Luscia lowered her muzzle and licked Lak's ear. "Fifteen cubs too much for you?" She teased then turned to Chaos. "Did you enjoy our stories?" She asked.

Lak smiled and looked up at luscia "I am a lone hunter, I like to scare my prey into single targets, as for fifteen cubs, I guess I am older then I use to be" he chuckled getting up and licking luscia's ear back before smiling at Chaos

Blanka nodded her head and moved toward the opposite side of the room. The ground was a dark brown with faded drawings on them. Weaved patterns hung on the wall of deep green and chalky red that intertwined to form diamonds around figures of warriors and images of moonlit nights. She sat down at her usual spot below the image of a tree that seemed, if she sat in just the right position, to grow from her fur.

((No I'm sorry I haven't seen here on lately either. Oh and I finally posted. *sigh* it's been pathetic I know.))
The little cubs came and huddle around her while she hummed a peaceful lullaby and lovingly nuzzled them. Their backs heaved up and down. Their heads were on each-others backs. The song continued while the pups slept and dreamed. She smiled and set her head down on the ground while a few of the cubs curled around her.

Luscia smiled and swayed her head. "Such a good song. Of all the songs I've ever heard. This one has been my favorite...."

"Kala!" A young gypsy boy called. He was Kala's age, infact, they joined the Harem about the same time, and he was once of the few who weren't afraid of looking kala in the eyes "What, Gregory?" She asked. The boy looked deeply troubled. He wiped the sweat from his head and the plates on his circlet jingled. "Horses! Soldiers waving Prince Tyran's flag are coming!" He said. Kala's blood ran cold. Cedric Tyran was the one man who was determined to get everything he wanted. And he wanted her. "Where are they?" She asked. "The valley..." Gregory gasped. "But they'll be here soon. You have to get away!" "To where?!" Kala stood rigidly. "It's rumored a city lies up on the mountain pass, deep in the forest. It's desolate, but you can hide there...If it exsits...." Gregory explained, but Kala was all ready running. Her earthy hair flared behind her. "Run Kala! You'll be fine!" Gregory called and turned when he heard lafter. "Madame?" He asked. "What's so funny?" "So it begins." The old woman muttered. "Smile Gregory. When Kala comes back she will be a queen." "That would be nothing to smile about. Wife to the Prince would kill her." gregory said. The old woman just shook her head.

((We can't have a human child be our queen))
Blanka smiled with her eyes closed. The song was accompanied by the wind pulling at the leaves outside. Her thoughts trailed away from the song and brought her to another place another village, quite like theirs but with no fountain and far fewer houses. They had children running the streets but the faces of their parents were tired and sad. The mothers did not speak to each other but sat at their doors, watching the children play in the circle. Blanka frowned and pulled herself out of the unhappy village.

(( *grin* ))
Luscia walked over to Blanka and nuzzled the nurse. "Are you all right my dear?" She asked. Her white catarack eyes showed gentle concern.

The roar of galloping horse hooves was deafening, as the soldiers rode into the Gypsy camp. The one carrying the banner sat up straight. "Hide you not, Gypsies!" He called gruffly. Gregory walked out of his tent and crossed his arms, his bangles jingling. "What does your Tyran want with us?" He asked. "Boy, you shall adress him as Prince Tyran! And soon to be king!" The soldier snapped. Gregory stiffened. "He is no king of mine." He said and the soldier whacked him with the banner pole. "Silence! Were is young Kala?" The soldier asked. "What would your king want with a gypsy like her?" Another man asked. "Prince Tyran and Kala are to be bound by the Great Vow." "Kala will never marry him!" Gregory exclaimed and recieved another blow. "So you do know her...Where is she?" "Kala ran to the North." The old fortune teller said. "Not more than ten minutes ago. She headed in the direction of the setting sun." "Northwest!" Cried the general, let's move!" As the soldiers rode away, Gregory turned to the old woman. "What- why!?" He stuttered. "They would have burned our camp...after you opened your big mouth." The old woman said and touched her lip. Gregory touched his as well and realised what she was indicating. Gregory was bleeding. He cursed under his breath and stormed into his tent.

Blanka raised her eyes to Luscia. "Just an unpleasant dream. Nothing more" She reassured her with a smile. The cubs were asleep around her so it was alright for her to stop singing. It was so beautiful outside she could hardly stand staying in. If only they could take the children into the woods. But there were to many of the little ones to watch in the woods and they sometimes wandered. None of the nurses wanted to be responsible for the lost pups that wouldn't stay close.

Blanka looked up at Lak. "Why not take a rest for a while." She said invitingly. Then Blanka laid down her head and lulled off to slumber where her dreams twisted around the two legged folk coming to them. It was strange and daunting.
