You know how sometimes you itch (like on your leg) and you scratch it but the itch isn't on your skin, it's like inside your leg, and you scratch it a bunch but it doesn't go away? How do you solve that???

Isn't there some sort of say like "Is (s)he getting under your skin"? Maybe someone that annoys you some how found out how to get under your skin.
