There is only three ranks in the Panzer Unit.
There is the first rank in which you will be a private. You do not have the Wooden Baseball Bat with this rank status. This is the lowest rank you can get.
Upon approval by your unit leader of your involvement you will get the Wooden Baseball Bat taking your loyalty status to be trusted and upgrading you to the second rank. You will then be a Sargent. There will be a buddy system that will pertain to the training of a new member.
The third rank is the First Sargent. This rank is the highest rank you can achieve is the Panzer unit. This means that you are an involved and loyal person with good leadership qualities. To indicate this rank you will receive a Silver Badge that will be warn with your uniform.
Your leader will be indicated with a Gold Badge and will be the one giving the orders to the unit. Remember you must obey this person with total respect. This rank is held by one person to relive some argument within the unit.
