But, that was old manga, now childrean in one manga I'm addicted to has hand-grenades, knows Martial Arts and have snipers.

I noticed that in Natsu koi natsu game pv, Kanon seems to have some similarities to Mio Akiyama from K-ON.

Notice the arm warmer and three rhinestones under the eye. Plus, they're also both bassists. And we know he's an otaku, so I don't think this is a coincidence.
