When one walks through the door, there's a fairly small room, richly furnished, which Ivy calls her "reception room." Through another door is Ivy's bedroom, where she and Hilt sleep. It's less decorated, more spartan, since Hilt doesn't like too many frills. The dor has a heavy bolt, which Ivy likes for privacy and safety.

Ivy didn't seem to hear the knock on the door, so Kyna went and opened it herself. The man who had led them there was standing there, holding a tray of food. "Oh! Thank you," Kyna said, pulling the door open wider. she let him come inside, then shut the door.
Ivy looked up as the smell of food wafted over to her. She got up, grabbed a plate, then went and sat back by Hilt again. The big cat started to stir at the smell of food, and Ivy snagged some more and put it in front of him.
Kyna smiled. "It's cute that she's so worried about him," she remarked to no one.

Jared went and placed the rest of the food on a table. Then moving back towards the door, placing his hands behind his back. "Aye... well Miss Ivy and Hilt have been very close. Now is there anything else that I might get you Miss Kyna?" Jared asked.

Kyna smiled and shook her head. "I'm fine, thank you."
Ivy looked back at them. "Some broth for Hilt, please?" she requested. "I have a feeling his ribs won't like him eating real food." The explanation made no real sense to anyone except Ivy, but that was just how Ivy was. She looked back at Hilt. "No matter how much he may want to eat real food."

Jared pointed out one of the pots on the table with the rest of teh food. "It's right there Miss Ivy... Seeing Hilt when I did, I thought the same." He turned to Kyna, "Now Miss, would you rather stay here, or shall we find a room for you?" He asked.

Ivy nodded, and instantly got up to get the broth. She took it over to Hilt and shoved it in front of his nose. "Drink it or else," she threatened him gently. He lifted his head to glare at her briefly, then lapped at the broth.
Kyna smiled again, watching them. She turned back to Jared. "I'd like my own room, I suppose," she said. "I wouldn't want to inconvenience Ivy or anything."
Ivy's full attention was on Hilt, but she turned her head at Kyna's last statement. "My friends don't inconvenience me," she snapped. It came out a lot harsher than she'd expected. She softened her voice. "How about you stay here, just for tonight? I need the company."
Kyna's smile widened. "Sure." She looked back at Jared. "I guess that settles it. I'm staying here for tonight."

"Very well milady. If you should need anything else, just ring the bell miss Ivy has and the servents will come and help you. Goodnight then, and sleep well. Try not to worry much I'm sure that Hilt will be fine." Jared said with a bow leaving the room.

Kyna watched Jared leave the room, then turned to stare at Ivy. The other girl was still fussing over Hilt. Sighing, Kyna sat down and grabbed a sandwich off the tray of food Jared had brought. She stared into space while she ate it, thinking.
